At
Sundance Painting, we incorporate a wide variety of
interior painting techniques. We can convert stained
cabinets to paint, stained paneling to paint, stain and
lacquer new cabinetry or paint spray finish.
For all of our spray out procedures, we build a
vapor barrier to protect the rest of the home and to
allow you to be comfortable during the process.
Prior
to beginning the actual painting process, all walls and
ceilings are checked for cracks and imperfections. We
then patch and fill these problem areas.
Next, we cover all furniture and flooring, remove
all wall plates. We
then paint your walls and ceilings according to your
color selections. Our
next step is to check trim for cracks, fill with caulk
and lightly sand all the trim.
After cleaning the trim, we apply the paint.
If
your home is vacant, we cover all windows, light
fixtures, flooring, countertops, etc.
After we check for cracks and other imperfections
on all surfaces, we apply the paint using a spray
technique to give your home that “just built” look.
